Returns
GWYDR operates on a customer satisfaction basis
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, we request that the item/s are returned within 7 days of delivery, and a full refund will be provided.
How to proceed if you would like to return your goods:
1. Please contact GWYDR within 7 days of receipt of your item/s to inform us of your return, by emailing info@gwydr.com or by calling 0844 335 0646 (+44 844 335 0646 from overseas).
2. We request that item/s are returned in good condition in their original packaging, along with extra items that came with your purchase such as polishing cloths, within 7 days of contacting GWYDR about your return. (14 days maximum in total.)
3. We recommend that item/s are returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery (or FedEx or equivalent from overseas). Please note that we do not accept liability for returns that go missing in the post. You are responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning your item/s.
4. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the U.K.

6. In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
7. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. This cost will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
8. Refunds for returns outside of the above time frames are at the discretion of GWYDR.
